I have been coming here for 12 years. You can get here by metro (underground) from the airport, simply 8 stops. When getting off at Olaias station, exit up the escalator, scan the metro ticket through the barriers then take the escalators on the right, then up the stairs onto the street and head backwards and the hotel is there on your right. This metro station is also just one stop away from Alameda which connects you to all the main routes to the tourist places Hot hotel rooms themselves are very comfortable. Plenty of sockets, a TV, mini fridge, wifi, a kettle with sachets of nescafe, sugar, cream (checked and replaces each day). Rooms are quiet and cleaned every day. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which also hosts breakfast (I think it was 10 EUR per day). Also there is a bar on the ground floor which is open in the am, and closes at 1am each night. I was there every night to 1am on my last trip! But they serve hot and cold food from around 11am to 9pm - including things like toasted sandwiches and hamburgers. Their drinks selection is extensive - a whole host of spirits, beers, wine. The reception desk is 24 hours and they are very helpful. There is also a supermarket just up the road, a chinese restaurant just outside turn left, and a fabulous Italian restaurant - come out the hotel turn left up the hill, over the roundabout - its called Pepe & Olivias. If going Friday or Saturday you would need to book in advance.

Excellent service by the staff — always polite, respectful, helpful and smiling! Absolutely marvellous people, from the reception, restaurant and bar staff, to the people who greeted us at the door and helped with our luggage. They kindly accepted to safely store our luggage even after checkout hours, allowing us to enjoy a couple extra hours comfortably strolling around Lisbon. Food in the restaurant was delicious — the breakfast buffet was definitely worth it, offering ample of possibilities both for my husband who has a sweet tooth and for me, who prefers savoury options. We also had lunch twice in restaurant as part of our conference and once again enjoyed a variety of delicious meals catering to different dietary preferences The location — although it’s right beside a main road and in the vicinity of a mall, the hotel is actually in a quiet district, so we never had issues with noise. It’s also right above a metro, which allowed us to make use of public transportation that turned out to be very efficient and much cheaper than travelling around with bolt. The metro has a direct line to and from the airport; along that route is also the stop to a large mall and the oceanarium. The view from our room on the seventeenth floor was also beautiful. The room itself had utilities such as a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee sachets; cleanliness and comfort were also very good.

Good location - within metres of a metro station that can get you into central Lisbon within 20 minutes. Very close to the airport - just under 15 minutes transfer. If you enjoy a good walk then the walk to central Lisbon was also relatively ok. Good location for Uber access as well. There’s a supermarket next door which is helpful for getting supplies. The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are really warm and welcoming. Rooms are freshened daily if you’d like. The hotel has a gym and restaurant. We didn’t get a chance to use these facilities but going from our overall experience I’d presume those would be excellent too. The surrounding area is quiet and very safe! The hotel does indeed live up to its 4-star status.

The hotel is older but the room was clean. There was a kettle in the room so we were able to prepare tea. We very much appraciated the bottle of fresh water provided every day of our stay. The hotel is located very close to a supermarket and the metro station, so it is easy to get to the city center and to the airport as well. The breakfast was satisfactory, with sufficient options. Upon asking, I received also gluten free food. Staff was friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours, what is great as we arrived later at night and left early in the morning. We also used the parking place in the garage – there were no issues.

Our room was well-equipped with all of the facilities that we might need for a short stay. The shower and bathroom were a good size and all the fittings were high quality. The bed was very large and firm, wardrobe generously sized and there was a handy safe in the room. The view across the bay was especially good as we were on the 16th floor. The location may be a little far out of centre for walking in, but the metro is a few metres outside the door, so you can be in town in a few minutes and you don't even need a ticket if you have a contactless card. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming as are the bar staff.
